All products sold by Nomination are covered by a 24-month (twenty-four) month legal warranty against conformity defects under the law and applicable legislation. This statutory warranty is valid only when the product is used correctly and for its intended use, in accordance with the use and maintenance instructions supplied with the product in question.Defects of conformity for products purchased from our website can be escalated to our company by writing to our Customer Service Department:

In order to benefit from the warranty, a receipt showing the date of purchase of the product, and if purchased from a retail store, a certified warranty document with the stamp and signature of our authorized dealer must be provided.
If there is a defect in conformity, the Customer has the right to request repair or replacement of the product. If such a repair or replacement is not possible or is excessively costly, the Customer is entitled to a price reduction or termination of the sales contract in accordance with the relevant article of the Consumer Law.
After our company has received and verified the product under warranty, it will repair or replace the product in question as soon as possible, except where the repair is not possible or is excessively costly.
Any potential legal claim for defects in conformity must be submitted within 26 (twenty-six) months from the date of receipt of the product.
Jewelry purchased from our official online store will be delivered to you with a guarantee certificate according to the above-mentioned conditions. If an entire Composable (modular) bracelet is purchased, there is only one warranty and covers all components that make up the bracelet.
Processes such as rhodium plating, platinum plating, gold plating and PVD plating are excluded from the warranty in case of improper use. The manufacturer's warranty does not cover accidental breakage of gemstones. Color loss caused by misuse and/or products made of colored leather is not considered a manufacturing defect.
For this purpose, avoiding contact with cosmetics, perfumes and chemicals such as chlorine, as they may damage the polish of the jewellery; sports, housework, etc. Special precautions are recommended when performing activities.
If parts and/or components not supplied/manufactured by Nomination are mounted or attached to the COMPOSABLE collar, the mechanism and/or springs of the COMPOSABLE collar are not covered by the warranty. Genuine Nomination COMPOSABLE jewelry is easily identifiable as each piece includes the Nomination logo and is therefore distinguishable from products and/or components from different origins.

MANUFACTURER DISCLOSURE DECLARATION
Nomination jewelry is made from certified AISI 304/316L stainless steel in combination with 925 sterling silver and/or 18k gold 750 and/or 9k gold 375 using hypoallergenic materials, can be oxidized or treated with rose gold, yellow gold, rhodium or platinum or PVD can be coated with a coating. Silver Nomination collections are made of sterling silver; it can be combined with natural, synthetic and/or artificial stones and subjected to oxidation and/or electroplating of rose gold, yellow gold or rhodium.Nomination jewelry is also enamel; natural, synthetic and/or artificial stones; may contain leather, copper, brass, rubber, silicone, cotton.
